Director of Customer Assurance MidSouth Region

Larry Faciane has been in the trade for over 30 years. Larry has been a service tech, store manager, and purchasing agent in the HVAC industry. Larry joined CE in 2013 where he has won several training awards. Larry provides technical support and training throughout the MidSouth region and provides management and guidance to the Customer Assurance Team. Larry leads a team of talented former field techs with the goal of providing the best possible post sale product support for Carrier, Bryant and Payne HVAC Residential and Light Commercial equipment.
In Larry’s time off, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his wife and dogs, and practicing his marksmanship.

Bob Friedman has been in the trade for 46 years. He joined the CE team in 1989, supporting Light Commercial, Residential, and Duct Free products. Bob’s vast knowledge and experience are a cornerstone of the Customer Assurance Team. In Bob’s off time Bob enjoys biking, fishing, and the great outdoors.

Chris Otts has worked in the HVAC industry for the past 30 years. He joined Carrier Enterprise in 2017, supporting Light Commercial, Residential, and Ductless products, specializing in schematics and electrical troubleshooting. Chris has a passion for building training presentations and teaching classes. Chris spends his personal time with friends and family, especially grandchildren. He enjoys church, camping, hiking, and is a tournament chess player. CHRIS OTTS was the recipient of the 2022 Theoret – Curley Service Training Award at our National Service Manager’s Meeting in Anaheim California. This award is the highest national honor we can receive from Carrier that is “Awarded To An Individual Trainer Who Has Demonstrated Outstanding Dedication To Service Training And Excellence In The Area Of HVAC Education.” Upcoming training classes instructed by Chris can be found HERE.

Jim Barie has been in the trade for 33 years and joined the CE team in 2018 supporting Light Commercial, Residential and Duct Free products.
In Jim’s off time Jim enjoys woodworking in his wood Shop, Reading Books and Camping

Brian Edmiston joined the CE team in 2016 and has been in the industry for 36 years. Brian has served as a technician, contractor, and inspector for the residential, light commercial, and ductless equipment and now utilizes his acquired skills and knowledge in providing phone technical support. In his off time he enjoys country living, woodworking, and spending time with the grandkids

Bob Pace has been in the trade for 30+ years. Bob joined the CE team in 2016 supporting Light Commercial, Residential and Duct Free products. In Bob’s off time, Bob enjoys volunteering at his church with special needs kids, muscle cars, motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, 4 children, and 3 grandchildren.
