IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR NEW TRAINING POLICY

All attendees will be required to login to their cemstraining.com account during class to take a quiz. Passing the quiz is the only way to receive class credit.

Only those who have received a confirmation email will be allowed to attend. No walk-ins, student change, or last-minute admittance.

If you are a state license holder looking for continuing education hours, select “State Continuing Education Forms” from the home screen. Fill out and submit the form at least 24 hours prior to class start time. We only offer Arkansas at this time.

Wingman –  Request Video Tech Support Via the CE App

NEW within the CE app is video technical assistance, it allows technicians to show a Customer Assurance Manager what they see or the CAM to help guide the technician to where they need to be, by using the mobile device camera. Download the CE HVAC Pro+ App today to request video technical support. Once you are signed in, submit a request for video technical assistance. If you do not have a login, please contract your company administrator and ask them to add you to the company profile, adding an associate to the CE App. A Customer Assurance Manager will call you back as soon as possible to help assist in troubleshooting, Video may not be needed on every request.
